Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Festival Returns & You Can Support YMCA!

The Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Festival will return to Willen Lake on Saturday 4 July 2026, and YMCA is inviting local businesses and residents to take part, support a team or simply come along and enjoy the spectacle.

The much‑loved event brings together organisations from across the region for a day of high‑energy racing, team spirit and family fun. Teams can also choose to upgrade their entry package to include a donation to YMCA, or run their own fundraising activities, helping to support young people to belong, contribute and thrive.

Alongside the racing, visitors can enjoy entertainment, food stalls and activities for all ages, making it an ideal summer day out for the whole family.

Those not entering a boat are encouraged to come down and cheer on the teams. Their support helps boost the atmosphere and raises awareness of YMCA’s work in the community.
