From housekeeping to housing coaches, finance to fundraising everyone has a role to play in supporting the young people living on our campus. The young person who ‘graduates’ YMCA is likely to be a very different person to the young person who arrived.
Young people are at the heart of everything that we do, and we follow a clear vision and mission to ensure that we always put young people first.

The YM has done a lot of things for me, it has helped me work on myself, improve myself. I am grateful for what I have now, I’ve never had my own room, my own space, I feel very lucky. I had bad days at the start but it’s good times in here now.
