At our Northamptonshire campus, we support young people to take positive steps towards their future. We help residents access education, training and opportunities that build the skills needed for long-term independence and employment. Whether you’re exploring your next steps, thinking about apprenticeships, or working towards a career goal, our employment coach is here to guide and support you at every stage.

Our team is here to help you:

  • Explore education, training and career pathways that are right for you
  • Build confidence and develop key employability skills through practical sessions like ‘Becoming Job Ready’, ‘Career Development’ and ‘Employment Skills’
  • Create a strong CV and receive tailored support with applications, including cover letters, personal statements and interview preparation
  • Access opportunities such as volunteering, apprenticeships and further or higher education
  • Stay supported as you progress into education, training or work, with ongoing guidance and encouragement
